Zubair Automotive Strengthen ties with Great Wall Chinese Manufacturer to Bring Best Technical Services to the Sultanate
Muscat, 29 December 2009: In an effort to enhance technical training, technical support and provide a more efficient Great Wall parts supply in Oman, the Great Wall Motor Company distributed exclusively by the Zubair Automotive Group in Oman is setting up a centralized parts distribution facility in Jebal Ali in the UAE.
With easy access to Oman, the new facility will house over 95% of the current Great Wall range of spare parts and technical documentation. A training plan is also currently being discussed between Zubair Automotive and the Great Wall Chinese manufacturer that should be finalized soon. Great Wall customers will be able to receive the most advanced diagnostic and repair methods that are utilized on the global products in Oman.
A team of experienced automotive engineers were also recently dispatched to Oman from Great Wall to offer the technical team some in-field specialized training.
Commenting on the in-field training Simon Harle, Aftersales Manager for Al Rumaila Motors LLC said:
