Cairo, Egypt: The iconic five-star Grand Nile Tower has appointed Andreas Boettger as its new General Manager. Boettger brings nearly 35 years of global expertise and experience in hospitality leadership to the luxury hotel where he will be responsible for directing and coordinating all activities as well as demonstrating leadership, and effective and efficient management in all aspects of the hotel’s operations.

Boettger is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of leading sustainable initiatives at hotels since 1990 and has been recognized for supporting and investing in local communities. Prior to joining Grand Nile Tower, Boettger held several positions at Hilton Hotels around the world, serving as the General Manager for Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa in Japan, Hilton on the Park in Melbourne/Australia. He also served as the Director of Operations for Hilton Adelaide in Adelaide/Australia and Hilton London Metropole in London/England. Boettger has also held hospitality leadership positions in Germany, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and South Africa.
