Part of Gillette’s global roll out plan of an enhanced technology driven recruitment system, Gillette Careers enables employees and potential candidates to apply for job opportunities quickly and easily by logging on www.Gillette.com/Careers.
 
Powered by Recruitsoft, the system guides recruiters and managers through the process of creating effective job descriptions, requisitions, pre-screening questions, and interview guides for selection as well manage correspondence with the candidates. It includes features helping users to create comprehensive candidate profiles, refer a friend and maintain a central database of all applicants. 
 
All Gillette associates as well as external job applicants will be able to view job opportunities and submit their applications on-line subject to applicable policies. The system will also help Gillette HR in improving organizational effectiveness by selecting the right person with the right skills for the right job.
