Only removals company in the kingdom accredited with the prestigious quality assurance standard
BAHRAIN, December 29th 2009: Testament to its commitment to the highest quality standards in international removals, GAC Bahrain has achieved the esteemed FIDI Accredited International Mover standard (FAIM) for a second four-year term.
To become a FIDI-FAIM mover, members of FIDI (International Federation of International Furniture Removers) alliance have to go through a stringent audit conducted independently by Cap Gemini. FIDI is the largest global network of independent quality international removal companies comprising of over 500 members in more than 100 countries - all of which are committed to a definitive quality standard.
The audit covers every aspect from finance and management to operations and safety. GAC Bahrain attained the higher FIDI-FAIMISO status having achieved ISO certification for its moving services as well as undergoing rigorous assessments in additional areas such as customer satisfaction and competence test.
