Award Recognises Hard Work and Expertise of Team at the General Automotive Company
Muscat: Staff working in the parts division for Mitsubishi FUSO in Oman have been rewarded for their hard work and dedication by receiving the 2011 FUSO Award - Parts Sales in recognition of their excellent record in ensuring customers have the right parts at the right time for their FUSO commercial vehicles in the Sultanate.
FUSO is exclusively distributed in Oman by the General Automotive Company (GAC) - part of the Zubair Automotive Group - and the company's growth and success is a testament to the high standards delivered by their team and their proactive and positive interaction with customers.
The FUSO team was presented with their award by senior officials from FUSO Middle East including Mr. Joe Sugawara, Manager, Sales Parts International Japan and Mr. Hiroaki Yamagata, Manager based in Dubai.
Receiving the award in Muscat, Hemant Bhat, National Manager for the FUSO Parts Department in Oman said: "The team is very proud of this award which recognises our continued efforts to reach the highest levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
"The success of these awards is the result of the total commitment of our staff towards our customers and to receive such a presentation from our regional principal is a great motivational boost to the team here and can only encourage us to keep enhancing the sales and service we deliver."
The award was presented in the presence of GAC General Manager Mark Tomlinson and the team at their Athaibah location. .
Mr. Tomlinson added: "The visiting delegates from MFTBC were impressed by the operational efficiency of our parts department and their ongoing efforts to both expand sales and increase our levels of customer satisfaction. As such the team were delighted to accept this award and will of course continue to further improve our standards and service levels in the months and years to come".
