Fujairah, April 2, 2015: The UAE is blessed with budding talents, but many of them do not have a platform to showcase their genius. For the first time ever, Lulu Mall Fujairah presents an opportunity for UAE's unknown stars to shine and show what they've got. So whatever inherent talent you possess, show us what you've got by signing up as a participant for UAE's Got Talent Show being held at the mall from April 12 to May 8, 2015.
An event that promises loads of entertainment for all, participants will not only get to prove their flair on stage, they will also get to walk home with handsome prizes or be involved in some amazing future assignments. Whether you are a singer, dancer, guitar virtuoso or a keyboard wizard? Or perhaps you are blessed with acting talent, this may be your big moment to be recognised by renowned names from the art, music and culture industry in the UAE.
The judging panel includes experts from the UAE such as Nisha Shivani (Dancing), Anita Williams (Singing), Hamoudy Mohd. Elkadeer (Acting) and Khalil Ghadri (Music). Nisha Shivnani is the founder of Nisha Dance Center in Dubai. She has been teaching over several years and specialises in Bollywood style dancing. She has judged, choreographed and performed in school concerts, dance festivals, special events, stage shows and other competitions. Anita Williams has been living in Dubai since 2012. She is a reputed jazz artiste and sings with various musicians. Khalil Ghabri is a Syrian composer and musician from Aleppo. He has been based in the UAE for nearly a decade, Composing music and playing solo or with a band and with large orchestras at festivals, public and private events.
The judges will shortlist candidates from the auditions and select participants for the knockout stages. The competition will be split into two categories. Children between ages 4 to 14 will fall under the junior's category while teenagers above 14 years will be put in the senior category. The Quarter finals will be held on May 6; Semi finals will be on May 7 and the grand finale will be held on May 8.
With such a distinguished jury collectively passing a verdict on your talent, this would be the ultimate moment for the aspirants to scale fame. Registrations for the event will open on April 2 and close on April 11. Dance auditions will begin from April 12 to 15. Singing and instrument auditions will be held from April 19 to 22. Acting auditions will begin on April 26 and end on April 29.
