Al Sulymanyiah / Iraq: Wednesday 2nd November witnessed an important media event where the Iraqi Fanoos Telecom company launched its MAXNET Internet Service. Using the most modern techniques in the field of Internet wireless services the most sophisticated services will be offered now and in the upcoming months. Under the brand (MAXNET) Fanoos will develop a quantitative transformation in the field of internet services all over Iraq.
Fanoos telecom, in this event, invited journal, media, TV channels and different daily journals personnel's in Sulamanya province to announce the release (Launch) of this new service during the press conference which took place in the arena of social club (Comowlayati).
The opening of the press release, which was attended by a many VIPs, Business men and investors, started with an introduction speech by Mr. Farooq Mulla Mustafa the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Fanoos Telecom were he welcomed the attendees and made a speech that focused on the history of Fanoos telecom and different services that is provided to all the subscribers and business customers since the establishment of the company, also he described the vision and future plans for the company.
An announcement launching the new MAXNET Service was given by Mr. Hiwa Rauf the Chief Executive Officer for Fanoos telecom. Mr. Rauf explained the features and benefits for the new service and the differences with other existing internet services in the Iraqi market.
Drawing attention to the speed feature related to the service where he pointed saying " The subscribers through Maxnet service will get the speed they choose to subscribe in exactly and not lower, were this feature is considered the most important feature in "Maxnet".
It is important to note that the MAXNET service will provide customers the option to choose, for example, the 512 Kbps speed and the subscriber will get this speed exactly and not lower. This is where the phrase the "Real Internet" was derived
Mr.Hiwa Rauf also adds by saying: "There are a many value added services which will be provided to subscribers in the new service. These include for example the option for service delivery and activation inside the house of the office of subscribers which will be done by an external sales team qualified and trained, supported by a fleet of specialized cars for this service."
Mr. Hiwa ended his speech by pointing to the vision of Fanoos telecom which focusing on enabling all Iraqis to communicate among each other and the external world through the advanced wireless communication solutions that match the highest world standards. From his side, Mr. Rawaz Rauf introduces a detailed explanation regarding the offer provided to Sulamanya province people. He also spoke about how the principles of Wimax technique that MAXNET uses.
Adding to that, Mr. Rawaz explained that the offer for Sulamanya province will be priced for 99000 IQD while enjoying a 6 months free service, where this special offer is only for very limited time. At the end of the press conference the attendees listened to the questions and inquires of journalist and Media persons were it was all focused on the new service and its features.
