Open 14-hours on weekends to serve customers longer

Dubai, 28th November 2007: With a view to bringing its services and interaction channels closer to customers around the UAE, Etisalat has opened its latest retail outlet at Dubai Festival City. Located conveniently on the second floor of the Center, the outlet will be operational from 10am to 10pm Sunday to Wednesday, and 10AM to 12pm on Thursday to Saturday. The outlet is divided into three major zones.

The Customer Service Zone is where customers can apply for any Etisalat service including prepaid and postpaid mobiles, fixed line telephones, and Internet services. Customer queries and feedback will also be received at this zone, and will help customers choose the ideal service and plan for their usage.

The Demonstration Zone of the outlet will feature live demonstrations of Etisalat services in action, including the BlackBerry service, MobileCam, 3G Mobile USB Modem and other 3.5G services, E-Vision cable television services, and many other main and value-added services.

The Retail Zone of the outlet is where customers will be able to view, compare and purchase mobile handsets, and other communication hardware related to Etisalat services.

This outlet adds to the already-extensive list of dedicated Etisalat stores in various locations around the UAE. Some of the existing outlets are at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the Arrival area of the Dubai International Airport, Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, the Arrival area of the Sharjah International Airport, Ajman City Centre, Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain, Madinat Zayed Centre in Abu Dhabi and Manar Mall in Ras Al Khaimah.

Across the UAE, there are over 20,000 outlets selling Etisalat services.

This retail outlet will enhance interaction with Etisalat for customers in Garhoud, Rashidiya, and neighboring areas.
