Dubai, UAE; July 2, 2012: Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) has further strengthened its portfolio of customer-focused initiatives with the introduction of Zajel's courier services across its ENOC/EPPCO service stations.  The Dubai-based courier and logistics solution provider launched its services at 12 ENOC/EPPCO stations in prime locations in the city on July 1.

Initial services offered include shipments not exceeding 5kg to any destination in the UAE.  Parcels received before 12:00 noon will be delivered to any destination in Dubai within the same day. Others will be delivered the following day.

The launch of Zajel courier services was held in an ENOC site opposite Al Wasl Club, along Oud Metha Road.

"We continuously explore opportunities to further enhance convenience for our customers, especially by offering more lifestyle-oriented services," said Burhan Al Hashemi, ENOC's Managing Director - Retail. "Through our partnership with Zajel, customers can now avail of courier services while on the go. This service will be extended to more ENOC/EPPCO locations in the coming days."

 "The goal of Zajel's partnership with ENOC is to provide logistics support and prompt delivery to all clients under one umbrella," said Khawla Kabanji, Chief Operating Officer of Zajel. "Through ENOC and EPPCO stations, our services will be available to customers 24 hours a day."

Zajel courier services are now available at ENOC/EPPCO service stations on: Sheikh Zayed Road (stations near DNATA and Internet City), Al Ghusais (near Al Bustan Center),  Emirates Road (near Dubai Silicon Oasis), Jebel Ali Gardens, Arabian Ranches, Mirdif (near Mirdif City Centre), Emirates Hills, Al Khail Road (towards Dubai), Oud Metha (across Al Wasl Hospital), Jebel Ali Free Zone (near Junction 13), and at the ZOOM Market on Sheikh Zayed Road (near Crowne Plaza).

Customers can request for a shipping pouch at any ZOOM convenience store within ENOC/ EPPCO service stations, fill in the airway bill and make the payment.  They can track their shipments through Zajel's website: http://zajel.com/index.php/trace or through the toll-free number 800 2 1111.  More services will be offered in the future, including those for larger parcels and international shipments.
