Dubai - Preparations are well underway for Emirates Sunland Group (ESG) - the developer-manager behind such iconic developments as Palazzo Versace Dubai, and the 80-storey D1 residential/resort tower on Dubai Creek - to make a strong impression at Cityscape Dubai 2007.

In its second consecutive appearance at Dubai's biggest property event of the year, ESG will showcase several of the unique projects that it is currently developing and managing.

Centre stage at the ESG stand will be the newly unveiled model of Palazzo Versace Dubai, which includes the entire Culture Village precinct, and the surrounding Dubai Creek environs.  The model has only previously been previewed at the Palazzo Versace launch event in May, and this will be the first time it is on public display.

Soheil Abedian, Managing Director of Emirates Sunland Group emphasises the importance of ESG's participation in the Cityscape event, saying: 'Cityscape Dubai is a particularly valuable platform for the presentation of this company's projects, such as Palazzo Versace Dubai and D1, the sister tower to the spectacular Q1 on Australia's Gold Coast. Additionally, Cityscape offers us the chance to give the public a glimpse of some of our future projects in the UAE.'

The focus for this year's exhibition will be largely on ESG's two major projects currently under construction in  the UAE, namely the Palazzo Versace Hotel and Condominiums in Culture Village on the Dubai Creek, and D1 Tower.

The ESG stand will also showcase White Bay, the resort style master planned development at Umm Al Quwain, which is project managed by ESG.
