United Arab Emirates - EDARA L.L.C, one of the region's leading Project Management companies, has been officially appointed as the project managers for the prestigious Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Jebel Ali (CYMDJA) Project. The project site, which comes under the auspices of Integra International FZCO, is located in Downtown Jebel Ali in Dubai's Medina district.
The 154,000 Square feet project promises to be one of the most eagerly awaited developments in the Emirate, and is expected to be complete in June 2010. The development will have 235 4-star business standard hotel rooms, with support facilities for conference areas, meeting rooms and the usual level of business amenities. As project managers, EDARA will have a multi-faceted role in the project including assisting in selection of consultants, monitoring and controlling the design stage of the project including cost and programme, coordinating the hotel operator input with the other project consultants, managing and controlling the construction tender process and managing the construction works.
