We are delighted to welcome our guests and to help them gain an insight into this development which has been honored by a freehold legislative royal decree, which has in turn encouraged foreign ownership from both within Oman and abroad.  We have a very good cross-section of nationalities as buyers. So far over 30 different nationalities have invested in The Wave, Muscat".

Abdulla Al Shidi, Deputy CEO, The Wave, Muscat added "Being the pioneers in the real estate sector, the project has required us to work closely with governmental authorities with regard to rules, regulations and land registration. We are proud to have played a critical role in paving the way ahead for this sector to expand and succeed in the Sultanate. Visits such as these by foreign delegations are an encouragement for us and we thank them for their support,".
