Company to Optimize Service Operations with Epicor iScala for Better Return on Investment

Announcing the new addition to its growing portfolio of customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the region, Mr. Ziad Aqrabawi, Regional Managing Director of Epicor Scala in the Middle East said, Al Shirawi Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Co. will start the implementation of iScala Contract Management and Service Management modules in the beginning of September 2004, with plans to complete the installation in nearly a two-month timeframe.
