Dubai, UAE; June 29, 2008: Emaar Malls Group, the shopping malls subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC, is developing Dubai Marina Mall to further enhance the lifestyle and entertainment offerings to Dubai Marina residences and visitors. A premier retail and leisure destination located in Dubai Marina, the mall is part of a complex comprising The Address, Dubai Marina; a 7-storey Gourmet Tower dedicated to diverse cuisine; and Marina Plaza, a commercial tower that has been launched to overwhelming customer response.
With 390,000 sq ft of leasable area over four levels, the Dubai Marina Mall will feature 160 stores dedicated to the upscale lifestyle and entertainment needs of Dubai Marina residents and visitors. The mall has 2,100 undercover car parking spaces adding to the convenience of shoppers.
