Reiterating its commitment in delivering enhanced customer experience with three new round-the-clock du outlets

Dubai, UAE, 8 June, 2011: Keeping in line with our mission to offer enhanced experiences for customers, du today added three new retail locations to its client portfolio; all located at the Abu Dhabi International Airport - Terminal 1 (Arrivals); Terminal 3 (Skypark); and Terminal 3 (Corridor). This launch increases du shops network footprint to 40 locations all over UAE, in addition to more than 5000 authorised dealers.

du's new latest outlets were launched at a grand opening ceremony held at Abu Dhabi International Airport, in the presence of Maher Murad, Vice President, Retail, du and Huraiz Al Mur Bin Huraiz, Chief Commercial Officer, Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC), who were joined by members of senior management of the two organisations.

The new shops will not only serve the needs of those, who are travelling in and out of the country. However, two of the stores - Terminal 1 (Arrivals) and Terminal 3 (Skypark) - will offer complete du services to customers who live in close proximity of the airport (Mussafah, Bahia, Shamaya, Ruwais, Medinat Zayed and Al Ain). These new stores come in line with the company's commitment to expand its retail network across the UAE.

In these new stores, customers will have the freedom to enjoy an exclusive customer experience in a friendly and innovative setting ideally designed to ensure the best service possible. The outlets will feature 12 interaction counters with specialised agents ready to assist any du customer looking for products or services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
