Doha Bank has signed an agreement with Barwa International, a leading Real Estate Development Company, operating across the region. In this partnership, Doha Bank will be the financing partner for their Ajman project and will offer mortgage finance in both Qatar and UAE.
Officials of Doha Bank and Barwa International signed the agreement on 8th October 2007. The exclusive association between Doha Bank and Barwa International will facilitate easy financing options to the prospective buyers. Doha Bank has customized the financing scheme for the purchase of property. With the longest repayment period of upto 30 years, the lowest interest rate starting from 8% per year and 5% down payment followed by another 5% after six months, it makes it very attractive. No further payments are required throughout the construction period. The salient features of the scheme should enable people to make their wish a reality. There would be further benefits for the buyers if they transfer their salary to Doha Bank.
