7th September 2006, Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Bling reigns as king this year at the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards held in New York City!  The hottest stars from music, movies and television dazzled the red carpet in diamonds valued in excess of $30 million during the VMAs.  Head-turning fashion trends included hip-hop's leading men sporting large diamond statement jewelry, while the leading ladies adorned stunning diamond necklaces.
