Jeddah , Saudi Arabia: In collaboration with King Fahd Hospital and Saudi Dental Society at Jeddah, the Dental Implant Symposium (DIS 2011) will commence on Wednesday February 24th at the Jeddah Westin Under the patronage of HRH Prince Meshal Bin Majed Al Saud, Governor of Jeddah.
Hundreds of doctors and dental specialists will be discussing latest technology and solutions to avoid complications. Preventing implant complication has been a major issue for both doctors and patients in many different part of the world. Recent study shows that the dental implant's rate of success around 75% to 95%, which leads many specialists around the world to seek more knowledge.
Dr Fawzi Alghamdi, Director of Saudi Dental Society at Jeddah: "The DIS 2011's main objectives is to bring together doctors and specialists and explore latest researches and solutions to avoid implant complications, the workshop will introduce advanced mechanics to help avoid complications before or during the operation".
With the present of international and local experts, the DIS 2011 will discuss the latest technologies in the field of dental implant, in addition to the way to apply them to dental implant operations"
