Work to be Completed in the First Quarter of 2011
Abu Dhabi: 12 June, 2010 - DecoVision, a leading Abu Dhabi-based interior contracting and design firm, today announced it recently won an AED 150million project to furbish the interiors of the Etihad Towers being built on the Abu Dhabi Corniche opposite the Emirates Palace Hotel.
Valued at an estimated AED2.5 billion and rising over 300 meters, Etihad Towers will comprise of five towers including a high-end hotel to be managed by the Jumeirah Group and will host an exciting retail mix at its podium level. Designed by the Australian international design consultant DBI the towers will boast dramatic design elements and an architectural personality that will be complemented by distinctive interior décor.
DecoVision has been commissioned to execute decoration works for the Jumeirah hotel comprising of 400 guest suites, and 182 serviced apartments, along with a host of public areas including the lobby, spa, gymnasium, beach bar, pool bar. Additionally the company will execute 12 restaurants ranging from casual-chic to fine dining and an observation deck that will have panoramic views in all directions.Youssef Farran, Managing Director of DecoVision since the company's inception, said: "With our track record in implementing large-scale projects, we are especially proud to have won the bid for the Etihad Towers project.
