Crowne Plaza Dubai proudly presented their 12 award winning bars and restaurants to key clients, bookers, VIP's and advertising practitioners at their 10th Annual Key Client event. Guests were dazzled with a "Come discover the Islands" theme, symbolising the diverse international restaurant and bar selection the Crowne Plaza Dubai offers.
Over 300 people filled the Jumairah Ballroom on the 22nd April 2008 for a spectacular feast! Guests were welcomed with fresh flower garlands and live music by Havana Bit, the Trader Vic's resident band. The Award winning Oscar's Vine Society took centre stage and impressed guests with a hand picked selection of bottled grapes and the finest cheese. The food ranged from the live bread making station at Al Tannour to the aromatic Al Fresco pizza oven. Trader Vic's and Harvesters Pub served ice cold beverages and delicious titbits. Each restaurant was decorated with island flair. Hopping from our island to the next made this a memorable experience.
Laurent Rigaud, General Manager, Crowne Plaza Dubai was welcomed as the New General Manager of the hotel. After the intensive island hopping, some of the guests relaxed for a night cap in Oscar's Vine Society, award winner of the 2007 Time Out best Wine bar category.
