Christian Palacin appointed General Manager for City Seasons Hotel Dubai, one of six properties of City Seasons Hotels in the region

Mr Christian Palacin has been recently appointed as General Manager of City Seasons Hotel Dubai. With a management diploma from a French hotel school and a Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, Palacin brings over 20 years of experience in operational and managerial positions including large renovation projects and hotel openings in Asia and the Middle-East with major international companies as Starwood and Golden Tulip.

This is Palacin's second stint in the UAE as he was in Abu Dhabi in the late 90's.

At City Seasons Dubai, Palacin will oversee the refurbishment work of the hotel as well as the opening of new F&B venues that will be extended at different locations within the group of Hotels.

Established in UAE in 2005, City Seasons currently owns and operates five 4-star properties in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain and Muscat, with their first 5-star hotel, Royal Rose, now open in Abu Dhabi. Another property is planned to open in Dubai - next to Burjuman- by Summer 2015.

Further expansions abroad are underway and will be announced soon.

The group currently boasts 1400 rooms to reach 2000 rooms in 2016 with the new openings.
