Dubai - 22nd September 2008: SanDisk® Corporation (NASDAQ: SNDK), the USA based inventor and world's largest supplier of flash storage cards, today announced it has joined hands with Consolidated Gulf Company (CGC), the largest seller of mobile phones as well as the largest telecom and IT solution provider in Qatar, to offer SanDisk storage and flash memory products in Qatar.

The distribution agreement was announced by Tareq Husseini, SanDisk's Middle East and Africa Sales Director, M. P. Sharma, the President of Techmart and Anil Mahajan, the Head of Business Development at CGC's at a joint press in Doha.

Under the agreement, CGC will work closely with SanDisk's distributor in Dubai, Techmart, Nokia's original accessories and enhancements partner in the Middle East, to promote, support, market and distribute SanDisk products in Qatar through a wide range of retail outlets.
