CENTURY 21 Bahrain enters into US$ 15 million agreement with Thomson Jr.
CENTURY 21 Bahrain, a broker office in one of the world's largest real estate networks, has been appointed as the exclusive sales and marketing agents for Juffair Views, a 26 storey sea front development located in Juffair, Kingdom of Bahrain.
The agreement signed between CENTURY 21 Bahrain and the developers of the project, Thomson Jr. Consultancy & Investments is worth US $15 million. Under the terms of the agreement, CENTURY 21 Bahrain will be the exclusive sales and marketing agents for Juffair Views, which will offer expatriates and locals alike the opportunity to invest in luxury freehold, waterfront apartments.
