Bahrain, 26th May 2010 - CB Richard Ellis Bahrain (CBRE) today announced that it has been appointed by the offices of His Highness Shaikh Ali Bin Isa al-Khalifa, as leasing and managing agent for three leading residential villa compounds in the Kingdom. The first two, Al Nakheel and Green Oasis, are situated just off the Budaiya Highway in Janussan, whilst Mandrian Villas is close to the American Embassy in Zinj.

In early May 2010, CBRE Bahrain was also appointed by Al Dahiya Construction & Real Estate WLL as their leasing and managing agent for their new commercial tower, DCR Business Centre located in Seef District.
