New Call Centre is major step forward in VLCC customer care
Dubai, June 05 2007: VLCC - one of the region's leading health, beauty and fitness brands - has announced the launch of its Call Centre operations to serve its customers more effectively in the UAE.
The Call Centre, accessible on toll-free 800-VLCC (800-8522) between 9am to 6pm Sunday to Thursday, will be manned by two customer service representatives who are fluent in both English and Arabic.
The new facility, a major step forward in the VLCC customer service, will cater to all new enquiries pertaining to VLCC and the services it offers. Existing customers would need to call the respective VLCC Centres in Dubai, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi.
In his comments on the launch, Mr Prafull Dwivedi, Business Head, VLCC International LLC, said: "We are proud to unveil our Call Centre, which will ease the communication between VLCC and its prospective customers. The Call Centre will play a pivotal role in VLCC expansion strategy in line with our plans to open four more centres in the UAE by the end of 2007 taking the total no. of VLCC centres in the UAE from current four to eight. The core purpose was aimed at boosting our customer convenience through a single-point contact."
He added: "The VLCC contact centre representatives are well equipped to handle our customers' questions efficiently and effectively. We have set a very high benchmark and we are fully aware that we have to fulfill huge customer expectations, in line with the VLCC tradition of excellence in customer service."
Mr Dwivedi also said that the call centre will go on a 24-hour hotline mode at a later stage. As for now, calls coming into the toll-free number beyond operational hours will be diverted via an interactive transfer option to the respective centres. An interactive voicemail system records the telephone number for calls coming in after normal operational hours of the Call Centre and VLCC centres.
He said: "The Call Centre representatives have been entrusted with the responsibilities to cater to the calls missed during non-operational hours. We have ensured a transparent, fool-proof system to maintain quality control through daily as well as weekly reports. These reports also provide a comprehensive database of the specific enquiries as well as preferences of our prospective customers."
The Call Centre is the latest value-addition to VLCC's of customised slimming services which include Weight Loss, Body Therapy, Body Firmer, Body Contouring, Gel Therapy, Lipofit and other Weight Maintenance Programmes. Also on offer are beauty services, encompassing regular hair wash, conditioning, different type of hair massages, spa therapies, Moroccan bath and skin-care services and make-up programmes.
