Dubai, UAE 15 May 2006 - CA (NYSE:CA), one of the world's largest IT management software companies, today announced the launch of the CA Message Manager Email archive and management solution, part of the BrightStor Enterprise Storage Solution set. This version of the product will support Arabic and other non-English characters and is aimed at extending CA's leadership in the field of Intelligent Storage Management (ISM). The announcement, which came at a CA press conference in support of its participation at Storage World Middle East, is expected to aid Middle Eastern companies achieve global compliance and enhance business dealings with globally-compliant companies.
In today's complex global IT environment, concerns are on the rise that regulatory compliance and corporate governance are not met, especially when dealing with organizations that are based in countries having very strict compliance and good governance rules. Based on a recent study by Gartner(1), which makes email retention a mandatory requirement, CA's Message archiving software will assist organizations achieve global compliance, reduce the cost of eDiscovery, as well as email storage through state of the art mailbox management solutions. CA's Message Manager is a user friendly system, which will also support data in the Arabic language thereby assisting regional companies attain global compliance.

These solutions enable customers to cost-effectively address their message management objectives, including record management, discovery, litigation support, compliance, and supervision.
