The BMW ALPINA B6 is the fastest ALPINA created yet: a top speed of 315 km/h made possible by a 4.4 litre engine sees the B6 zoom from 0-100 km/h in a phenomenal 4.6 seconds. The colossal power of the B6 is also illustrated by the fact that a standing start kilometer takes just 22.2 seconds.

The BMW ALPINA B6 offers customers a choice of having either a coupe or a cabriolet, a difficult choice to make considering that while the coupe embodies the essence of its predecessors, the cabriolet appeals to all those in favour of open-air motoring.
At a 315km/h top speed, the BMW ALPINA B6 Coup is the fastest BMW ALPINA ever produced. It features 20" ALPINA DYNAMIC wheels and MICHELIN Pilot Sport 2 tyres, extensive ALPINA aerodynamics, including rear diffuser, fine leather sport seats with ALPINA burled Elm wood interior and a technical array featuring Bluetooth, Navigation system, Bi-xenon headlights, Logic7 HiFi system & Adaptive Light Control.
The BMW ALPINA B6 Cabrio includes all of the above features, along with the pleasures of open-top motoring coupled with great flexibility. With the introduction of the power up-and-down heated rear glass windscreen, one can drive the B6 Cabrio with the soft top and windows up, soft top up and all glass panels down, all glass panels up and soft top up or simply enjoy a greater sense freedom with everything down.
DRIVETRAIN, SUSPENSION & AERODYNAMICS
The immense top speed capability of the BMW ALPINA B6 drive a host of engineering tasks that have been ably mastered: a 500hp -V8, with a patented radial compressor (supercharger), extensive aerodynamic work to deal with the lift issues at speed, a dedicated suspension that is at once compliant and responsive, and lastly, massive brakes to tame the tiger as needed.
