Middle East - Three employees from Bentley Emirates and Bentley Johannesburg have become the first in the world to achieve Bentley Motors’ prestigious ‘Silver Award’ for their outstanding customer service skills, as part of the ‘Bentley Exclusive’ brand ambassador programme.
In an award ceremony hosted by Board Member for Sales and Marketing, Chris Craft, at the world’s largest Bentley showroom on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road, Azhar Hafeez and Nayas Khalam were presented with the prestigious silver Bentley pin and a framed certificate. Christelle Van Gool, from Bentley Johannesburg received her accolade at a separate event.
The Bentley Exclusive programme is a new global specialist training strategy focused on delivering an extraordinary sales and ownership experience for Bentley customers.
Employees who take part in the programme have a unique status and work exclusively with the Bentley brand. On completion of the immersive brand programme participants are awarded the prestigious Silver pin badge which denotes their Bentley expert status.
