DUBAI, November 20, 2013 - Tim Ross, Dubai Managing Partner of Bennett Jones is pleased to welcome Osama Audi as a senior associate in its corporate practice.
Osama specializes in joint ventures and M&A, acting for public and private companies, family offices, private equity firms and investment funds. His sector focus includes real estate and leisure, and food and beverage businesses. He advises on matters throughout the Middle East region with particular focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
A native Arabic speaker, Osama joins us from the Dubai office of a Magic Circle firm, having also been seconded to its office in Riyadh. His prior roles include serving as in-house counsel at a large UAE-based sovereign wealth fund, and in the New York office of a major US-based firm.
