**Batelco is Official Sponsor and Telecom Partner for BIAS 2016**
Manama, Bahrain: Batelco, the Official Sponsor of Bahrain International Air Show2016 (BIAS 2016) has signed a partnership deal with Huawei, the leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, for BIAS 2016.
The partnership deal was signed by Batelco Chairman Shaikh Hamad Bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and Huawei General Manager Batelco Group Account WangJiangning during a meeting at Batelco Headquarters in Hamala on November 29. The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Qi Zhenhong and Batelco Bahrain CEO Muna Al Hashemi.
As part of the collaboration Huawei will be the Technology Strategic Partner of Batelco during BIAS 2016. Both leading companies enjoyed a very successful collaboration during BIAS 2014 when they demonstrated ultra-Broadband technology throughout the airshow site. Batelco and Huawei have benefited from a long term partnership over many years with Huawei providing various ICT solutions to support Batelco's delivery of cutting edge solutions to its customers.
Mrs. Al Hashemi said that the Company was very pleased to have Huawei onboard as theirTechnology Strategic Partner for BIAS 2016.
