The Bahrain International Property Exhibition is officially underway

Manama, Bahrain: Under the patronage of His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Bahrain International Property Exhibition 2015 is expected to take place from the 5th of November until the 7th of November 2015. The exhibition has come back with greater focus and vigor thereby paralleling the growth and prosperity of the Kingdom's economy. In turn, this has drawn the attention and interest of constructors, developers and real estate companies across the region.

The Bahrain Society of Engineers, the organizer of the exhibition, expressed its sincere thanks and appreciation to his Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa on his valued patronage for this important exhibition.

Through the esteemed patronage of His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and the combined efforts of the organizing committee BIPEX has become a landmark occasion in the real estate industry's calendar of events. Its significance in the community is immeasurable considering its status as a much-needed platform where people from all divisions of the property sector can network, discuss and ultimately invest in structuring the future.

A statement released by the Bahrain Society of Engineers said, "Although it is impossible to overlook the vast efforts and commitment of the Bahrain Society of Engineers, the participation and investment of privately owned real estate companies alongside the contribution of public works projects are crucial elements to the success of BIPEX".

The society also alluded to the prominence of the recent economic growth of Bahrain as the main driving force behind the renewed interest and confidence in the investment of the country. Government infrastructure spending is boosting the momentum of the non-oil sector and helping drive the economic growth rate to 4.5% year-on-year in 2014. These elements point to a proactive and forward-looking government that has been able to maintain the growth momentum by adopting cyclical expansionary fiscal policies.

BIPEX 2015 was officially announced in June by way of an official launch ceremony. During the event, Mohammed Khalil Alsayed, chairman for the Bahrain Society of Engineers, expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa for patronizing and honoring the ceremony.  Alsayed added that BIPEX comes at the right time for the benefit of the people as well as the Kingdom. "I am deeply optimistic about BIPEX 2015 as I believe it is a timely event that showcases a key component of Bahrain's economy that benefits the players as well as investors and the general public," said Alsayed.

It is worth mentioning that BIPEX is the Kingdom's pioneering property show that has served the community for several years, and it is coming back on November 5th - 7th at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Center under the patronage of His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister.
