To complement this dining atmosphere Executive Chef Joseph and his culinary team have collaboratively combined the freshest of the products in creative presentations and curated a journey of culinary delight through contemporary recipes and flavors. One of the “must try” dishes, is Azura’s miniature BBQ referred to as Table Grills, which available in two variations. The seafood grill features delicacies of lobster, scallops and mussels, while the meat grill presents tender delights of beef and chicken kebabs together with lamb chops.
