United Arab Emirates, Dubai (October 20, 2011) ― ASUS is proud to announce the opening of another facility to cater to ASUS Motherboard customers in United Arab Emirates. This will allow ASUS to deliver even better service to our Valued Customers. And to make its service more efficient and convenient the New Service Center will be on line in October 2, 2011 and will be located in the same location as ASUS notebook service center. The new facility will offer its customer Swap Service for the 3 Year Warranty coverage of the Motherboard.

We are also introducing a special Golden Warranty service policy where customers will be provided a brand new board replacement within the first year warranty coverage of their motherboard. We have added motherboard products into our notebook service center so customers will get a chance to experience our very own personalized services."

Golden Warranty for 1st Year Warranty:
Golden Warranty- ASUS will provide brand new board replacement for the 1st year warranty based on purchase date. ASUS Service Center will receive ASUS motherboard and replace them on the same day (if found defective under warranty terms) without the hassle of customers going back again for collection.

Swap Warranty for 2nd/3rd Year Warranty:
Swap Warranty- ASUS will provide working board replacement for the 2nd/3rd Year Warranty based on Purchase Date. ASUS Service Center will receive ASUS motherboard and replace them on the same day (if found defective under warranty terms) without the hassle of customers going back again for collection.
