Kuwaiti Investors Group, Kuwaiti based ASAS International Real Estate Development, and Hayek Group s.a.r.l. Engineering and Real Estate Promoters in Lebanon have signed a strategic cooperation agreement in order to develop and finance institutions for major projects in Lebanon and in the Arab region.
This agreement involves cooperation among the above companies in order to undertake projects in Lebanon, Algeria, Sudan, Egypt, UAE, Kuwait and other countries.
Among other projects in view, we can cite:
- Major touristic project along the Lebanese coast.
- A tower building in Solidere to house the headquarters of an investment bank.
- Major touristic project in Ain Taya, along the coast / Algeria.
- Real estate development to the old Khartoum airport / Sudan.
- Touristic development to a natural reservation area 10250km2 South Sudan.
- Marina Project / Alexandria, Egypt.
- Alexandria - Cairo project (desert line).
This cooperation agreement, undertakes among its members to invest in various major projects in Lebanon.
From which, we can cite an Investment bank, to be built in Solidere as a headquarter belonging to the investments group; a major touristic project along the coast of Lebanon, to be announced later; in addition to the development of a touristic complex in Ras Al-Khaimeh United Arab Emirates.
