Welding and cutting demonstrations for Car Body Shops
Dubai, UAE - Automechanika Middle East 2011, taking place next week from June 7 to 9 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre will feature an interactive and educational demonstration which will focus on paint removal, cutting and welding by local company Arwani Trading. A car body specialist from Helvi will demonstrate the simplicity of using the machines and the different technologies and machines used for various applications in welding and cutting on cars.
Helvi is one of the premium and high quality manufacturers in Europe for Welding machines, well known for the production of MMA welders, MIG/MAG welders, TIG welders, plasma cutters, and spot welders. They also offer a wide range of battery chargers and starters, for all applications.
Helvi is demonstrating 3 new generation MIG/MAG machines targeted at different levels of the car body shops to address all their welding requirements in simple to use machines. The three machines are:
1. Silvermig 219
2. TP 220
3. TP230
Helvi's attention has been particularly addressed to the so-called quick repairs, for both steel and aluminium bodies. The result is the development of two new ranges:
- Spot Car 4000 & 5000
- Spot Car Alu.
The Spot Car (for steel sheets) is a simple to use machine, it has pre-set programs for easy
use, Weld &Touch Start and Safety Controls for quick and instant welding, and a safety system to reduce operator mistakes in the case of wrong settings.
As for Spot Welding on Aluminium, this is only possible with the new generation of Aluminium Spot Welders and the machine comes with simple to use panels.
Last but not least, they will also demonstrate a very efficient and fast method for cutting which will be done by a Plasma inverter with a built in air compressor.
