Online training programme to enhance essential staff business skills


Dubai, August 18, 2003: ARAMEX International, the leading provider of total transportation solutions in the Middle East and Indian Subcontinent, has introduced a new web-based training initiative for its staff that offers specialised training courses and modules designed to help sharpen essential business skills.
 
The initiative consists of on-line training programs designed by Rubicon using Lotus learning space to manage the process of scheduling employees for specific courses, while simultaneously enabling management to track the progress of the participants.   “We are delighted to partner with Rubicon, which has provided us with a customised training solution for our business. In addition to the standard tools, which include a variety of training modules such as leadership, team building, and customer service, Rubicon and ARAMEX have collaborated to create specially tailored courses, consisting of case studies, which are specific to the company.
