The FEI/CEI *** 2 x 80 KM race sponsored by Aquafina draws top equestrian talent from the UAE region to participate in this prestigious, but grueling course at Dubai International Endurance City on 24 and 25 November.
Organised by Emirates International Endurance, the FEI/CEI *** Endurance Ride sponsored by Aquafina will have a mass start at 07:00 hrs, and will be run over several stages throughout the morning and early afternoon.
The participants will ride 80 KM per day, split into a number of specific loops with all checkpoints are electronically monitored for accurate statistics as the riders and horses complete each loop. The horses also pause at dedicated water stops where the crew vehicles distribute water to the riders.
"Aquafina bottles will be used for purely refreshing the participants, both the riders and the horses," said May El-Labban, promotion & event manager of Dubai Refreshments Company. "The horses will be drenched in the bottled water and washed down with it as well, to keep them energized and cool throughout the endurance qualifiers."
Dubai Refreshments Company is also providing the Aquafina Lounge as an inviting venue for race lovers to relax and enjoy the race and camaraderie of the event.
