Dubai- May 09th 2006-- Lotus One, at the Dubai Convention Centre was the exclusive venue last evening for the unveiling of a stunning new product from the US$ 55.2 billion global electronics and telecommunication giant, Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.

Designed to be a work of art, Samsung believes that its new LCD television is not just an entertainment tool but is an object of art that can evoke feelings of passion in its owners. That will hardly be difficult considering the televisions' unique high gloss coating in black or white, on the front, back and the stand. The televisions also sport a clean front with all buttons on the sides and the world's first hidden bar type speakers that are invisibly located in the lower front area. Picture quality is first class too with a colour palette featuring 12.8 billion colours and cutting edge technologies for undistorted images from virtually any viewing angle.
Moreover, designs to behold the new Samsung R7 LCD-HDTV LCD Television range elegantly held their own at the venue. Instead of the usual branding, Samsung used striking artistic sketches on large canvases to highlight the new television's design aspects. The evening which was graced by all of Samsung's VIP dealers in the UAE was further uplifted with entertainment provided by a team of French dancers and a wide selection of specially created French fusion cuisine.
