UNITED ARAB EMIRATES / QATAR - Allen & Overy today announces that 33 lawyers have been promoted to Counsel across the global network. The promotions are in 15 offices across the Middle East, Europe and the Asia Pacific region and include lawyers in the Banking, Corporate, ICM, Litigation and Tax practices. This includes the promotion of Simon Chan and Anthony Traboulsi (Banking) from our Doha office and Salam Alsmadi (Banking) from our Dubai office. The promotions are effective as of 1 May 2015.
