Handover of 75 villas and 272 apartments now underway, families moving in
Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi's leading property development, investment, and management company has welcomed families to their new villas at Al Bateen Park, a unique Aldar community located between Khaleej al Arabi and Sultan bin Zayed Streets and comprised of two to four bedroom apartments, penthouses and villas. A total of 75 villas are currently being handed over and many of the villa owners have already moved into their new homes.
Al Bateen Park consists of 272 apartments in 12 building each with its own penthouse, as well as 75 villas in an Arabesque design, featuring balconies and gardens. The leisure facilities and swimming pool for the villas are also operational, and Aldar Academies Al Bateen Secondary school is already in its second academic year right only a short distance from the development.
Al Bateen Park will also be well serviced by retail offerings, with a total of over 1,500m² of community retail space including a Choithram's Supermarket as well as Al Manara Pharmacy, N-Style Nail Bar and a number of cafés and restaurants all in the process of handover and fit-out.
