First beachfront community in Abu Dhabi for national and international buyers to be delivered
Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi's leading property development, investment and management company, today confirmed that handover to homeowners has commenced at the beachfront Al Zeina residential community in Al Raha Beach. Delivery of the first phase of the development which consists of three precincts (C, D & E) began last week, with the remaining homes scheduled for delivery this September.
Located at the heart of Al Raha Beach, Al Zeina is the first beachfront residential development in Abu Dhabi available for purchase by national and international buyers and follows the successful delivery of the neighbouring Al Bandar community last September.
A community focussed development, Al Zeina includes apartments, penthouses and a range of town houses and villas, some with private courtyards and pools, and others opening out directly on to the 500m-long private beach.
Designed for a complete range of residential needs, a major retail high street is planned that will include a Waitrose supermarket and other stores such as Al Manara Pharmacy and Nail Fashion. A number of cafes and restaurants including Café Firenze are also in development and the delivery of the high street will begin in Q4 2011.
In addition to the private beach, Al Zeina has six community swimming pools, six gyms, childcare facilities, male and female prayer rooms as well as a library, all for the exclusive use of residents.
International standard customer, concierge and security services will be provided by Aldar's Estates Management team, whilst Aldar will also offer owners access to leasing services, both directly and via approved third party providers. The service charge at Al Zeina is also one of the lowest in Abu Dhabi and all systems are prepared for the new strata law legislation.
