Dubai - Al Shirawi Facilities Management added another feather to its cap recently by winning the facilities management services for the prestigious Windsor Manor residential tower in Business Bay. With this development, the premiere FM services provider has gained another stepping stone to the exhaustive list of milestones achieved by it in recent times.
The contract has been awarded for one year, during which the scope of work will cover the entire Integrated Facilities Management Services including end-to-end MEP services, security services, housekeeping, and specialist contract management.
Windsor Manor is a modern residential building located in the heart of the city. It exhibits remarkable state of the art architecture and stands tall consisting of 27 floors and 338 apartments offering tenants facilities such as gym, spa, sauna, swimming pool, etc.
