The first successful investment in Aseer Province, fortifying company leadership of the paints market

His Excellency Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdul Aziz Khojah honored Al-Jazeera Paints Company, the high quality and most distinguished brand industry giant in the Middle East and surrounding regions for being awarded as one of the most popular 100 Saudi commercial brands.

Mr. Abd Al Elah Bin Saud Alromaih, Al-Jazeera Paints Company Board of Directors member received the honorary shield during a ceremony held recently by the Saudi Newspaper, Al Watan in Al Riyadh with the attendance of His Royal Highness prince Bandar Bin Khalid Al Faisal, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aseer Press & Publishing Est.  This outcome has come as a result of a survey organized by the newspaper in cooperation with the international research and studies company, IPSOS and involved a segment of the Saudi citizens responding to an initiative that inquired about the most revered commercial brands in the mind of Saudi citizens. The initiative aimed at showing the achievements realized and consequently renowned the name of the Kingdom internally and externally along with its contribution to national prosperity and development yet uplifting it to international levels. 

Mr. Abdullah Bin Saud Alromaih, Al-Jazeera Paints Company General Manager explained that the ranking of Al-Jazeera Paints among the top 100 Saudi commercial brand list confirms the confidence of clients and consumers in company products and their quality and enhances its leadership role in the paints market in the Kingdom and the region, and this is especially true due to the fact that it was the only paints company that made it to the list. He noted that Al-Jazeera Paints is keen to quality in all its business and even made it part of company slogan, "Quality & Beauty".

 "The developmental scope reached by Al-Jazeera Paints is obvious since its first successful investment in Aseer Province south of the Kingdom, through the expansion of its production capacity of its first factory from merely 4000 tons since inception in 1993 to about 320 thousand tons annually after establishing the first of its kind fully automated factory which utilizes the latest international technologies to manufacture environmentally responsible water based paints". Says Alromaih. 

He further added that the company development is manifested in the assortment of products it manufactures including architectural, decorative, industrial, and marine paints along with protective paints, wood paints, road pavement paints, fire resistant paints, anti-microbe paints and anti-carbonation paints. This is all achieved according to a strategy that is based on combining quality with beauty. The company deploys its products to paint distributors and paint professionals through a network of 500 outlets that created a quantum leap in the methods of displaying paints and their unique design qualities. 

He stressed that the efforts of the founders have yielded a balanced growth and anchored the foundations for a pioneering company in the paints industry in the GCC and the Middle East al large. This has resulted in the assumption of a leading role in developing and manufacturing of innovative and high quality paints along with a wide range of colors selection. These products are environmentally responsible and designed to meet the requirements and needs of a wide range of clients and considered as an innovative solution to all the challenges they face when thinking about painting their own houses, offices, construction projects and other places that they go to and spend some time in. They also are in line with modern international trends in architectural sphere, health, safety and environment qualities.

The company established a R&D center that emulates the most advanced international centers in regard to testing, measurement and quality control technologies. It also established the first of its kind in the Middle East natural researches and studies center.

Alromaih further added that the company established Al-Jazeera Paints Academy, the first specialized paint application training and education academy pointing out that the company experienced many successes throughout its march that were in favor of the national economy and realized many achievements including the obtaining of several international accreditation certificates in the field of paints. Moreover, the company marked its mark on many governmental and private sector projects including health, educational, higher education, commercial and tourism sectors such as King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, King Abdullah Financial Center, King Abdullah Petroleum and Research Center which is part of ARAMCO, Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University and King Abdul Aziz International Airport.
