The new collection includes the Sun and Optical lines which has Prada's instantly recognizable signature style. The collection is the ultimate in elegance and craftsmanship and has superbly aesthetic details. Eight new models have been introduced in the sun collection. The SPR03H is lightweight and adorned with a metal decoration at the temple joint. The two tone frame is available in black-smoke, tortoiseshell-soy and camel-sand. The SPR04H / SPR05H models are extra-large, have a wrap-around frame available in tortoiseshell acetate or the new 'Saffiano' effect material and in shades of black or dark-brown.
Prada's SPR09H has soft mono-lens mask framed by a shiny metal rim. The brand-new metal plaque extends from the front, with openings at the temples and comes in classic black, white and tortoiseshell to softer tones like camel, dappled grey and the new mauve. The SPR54H model is an elegant men's model and has a lightweight frame. It's available in classic black, silver, gun metal, bronze and gold.
The SPR55H has a double bridge frame and characterized by a triangular, acetate piece (also available in the new 'Saffiano' effect material). It is available in silver or brass metal and black, tortoiseshell or camel acetate. The SPR57Hmodel has an extra-large, mono-lens frame with a sharp, face-hugging shape and is available in charcoal, bark or green shades.
The SPR62H has the Savoy coat of arms and knots which form the metal edge of this new frame. The model has a soft, feminine and sophisticated touch. Prada's SPR75G has a two tone arm which flaunts assertive combinations like black, blue or red with white.
However, the optical collection incorporates three models. The VPR07H model is sophisticated and slim. It features a metal motif that decorates the front and tapers towards the temple. It comes in warm tortoiseshell tones to pastel pink and purple and confident black and white.
The VPR59H men's model features a broad, rectangular form moulded from a single piece of aluminium. They come in natural polished aluminium to various shades of brown. Meanwhile, the VPR71H is a unique, metal model with a double bridge. It fits harmoniously with large, acetate temples and are available in peat, wood and marsh-green.
Prada Eyewear Spring/Summer 2007 Collection is available at all Al Jaber Optical stores located in major shopping malls in the UAE, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah. Al Jaber Optical will open their new branch at waterfront Centre and Dubai Festival City.
