Dubai - At the Tiara Residence FICCI IIFA Networking Dinner, Mohammed Al Hashimi, Executive Chairman for Zabeel Investments unveiled Tiara Residence, the AED 2.1 billion development currently under construction on the main trunk of the Palm Jumeirah. The event was attended by Indian film legend Amitabh Bachchan and rising stars Fardeen Khan, Lara Dutta, Shilpa Shetty and Katrina Kaif.
Speaking at the exhibition, Mr. Al Hashimi, said: "We are very proud of Tiara Residence, our first real estate project. Tiara Residence is the most exclusive residential development on the Palm Jumeirah and will offer its residents the highest levels of privacy coupled with the very best of amenities and services."

As part of Tiara Residence's sponsorship of the 7th IIFA Weekend and Awards, taking place in Dubai, the luxury lifestyle development was showcased as an example of Dubai's massive real estate development plans. The project, which is scheduled for completion in December 2007, will comprise seven 15 storey apartment complexes, with an additional penthouse floor. Included in the development will be the luxurious Anantara Resort and Spa.
