MANAMA (ISA TOWN): At Al Haddad Motors, we believe that increased demand and elevated expectations require the best service team possible. The "My Passion" program, launched by Mercedes-Benz, is tailored to employees to make sure customers are being provided with the best possible car buying and after sales experience. Employees and senior management across the organization attended a dynamic weeklong series of workshops and seminars to better their product and more importantly their customer knowledge. The workshops were held at the Gulf Air club during January 2015.
The "My Passion" program allows for an exchange of ideas between employees and supervisors to foster an environment of innovation, teamwork and encourage internal communication.
Sales Manager at Al Haddad Motors, Bryan Logue said "We understand Mercedes-Benz isn't just about products. It is about people. With this program, we are ensuring our employees are well-equipped to deliver quality service to customers. We want to make sure our employees feel encouraged and inspired in their work environment so that they build strong, lasting relationships with customers. "
Employees participated in team building exercises to strengthen the relationships across different departments. The program was motivational and educational in nature, allowing employees to grasp a better sense of the Mercedes-Benz business and empowering participants to offer suggestions and ideas.
"Employees are a key component of every successful business. This program is our way of giving employees a platform in redefining customer service standards and a chance to give their input. Employees are able to share feedback received from customers and use this feedback to improve the quality of their work," Douglas Patterson, Aftersales Manager, commented.
These exceptional customer service standards haven't gone unnoticed. Mercedes-Benz owner Aysha said she couldn't have asked for an easier or quicker experience when it came to purchasing her vehicle. "The staff at Al Haddad Motors was extremely knowledgeable when it came to finding a car that would fit my needs," Aysha commented.
"Being rolled out across the whole company, and every single employee, the "My Passion" events will become another part of our DNA. We already work under the phrase the "Best or Nothing" and now it is clear that this applies to boith our vehciles and our people", concluded Graeme Newport, General Manager at Al Haddad Mercedes-Benz.
