Announces luxury mixed-use development next to The Gate worth AED 950 million
Dubai, UAE 16 April 2007: Al Fattan Properties LLC, the Dubai-based company renowned for its strategically-located quality lifestyle developments, has announced the launch of the Al Fattan Experience Centre, a unique property marketing hub that will provide individual buyers and investors the opportunity to get a first-hand look and feel of the high quality and splendour of the company's residential, commercial and leisure projects.
Located in close proximity to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the Experience Centre will provide first-hand detailed scale-models of all past and future developments of Al Fattan Properties.

The Al Fattan Experience Centre occupies an area of 700 square metres, and will act as an ideal resource centre, showcasing a show apartment and project models. 3-D animation of each project can also be viewed on the new alfattan.com website which is an ease of navigation for stunning images and on-line reservation mechanism.

Just after the unveiling of the Al Fattan Experience Centre and Al Fattan's new corporate identity, Salah Aziz, General Manager of Al Fattan Properties, elaborated on the new luxury projects in the pipeline. First of which is the Jumeirah Al Fattan Palm Resort, an ultra exclusive Resort development that is being built in The Palm, Jumeirah. Comprising separate Residences, serviced apartments, spa retreat, marina, beach club, and a luxury 5-star Hotel, the entire project has been designed in an elegant foliage shape, in keeping with the unique spirit of The Palm, Jumeirah.
