Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Organized by Expotrade Global, the 8th Annual Middle East Lighting Design Summit will bring together key thought leaders and industry practitioners from the region to discuss and address the key trends, strategies and developments impacting the lighting industry in the region. To be held on 29-30 April 2019 at Roda Al Bustan Hotel, Dubai, U.A.E, this two-day event will see global and regional industry experts deliver keynote presentations, case study presentations and participate in plenary discussions on topics focusing on the future of lighting design in the region.
This two-day event is a must-attend for lighting professionals, urban planners, and architects in the region to discuss the most pressing challenges, opportunities and innovations transforming the future of lighting design. The role of lighting goes beyond illuminating spaces and the program agenda has been designed to cover key topics including sustainable lighting, role of lighting designers, digital developments in lighting and its impact on the lighting industry, energy efficient public lighting, circadian lighting and architectural lighting, to name a few.
At the Middle East Lighting Design Summit, subject matter experts will deliberate and discuss the best practices that lighting designers need to follow when designing spaces and the challenges that they need to overcome in consuming less energy. With over 13 standalone sessions and 5 panel discussions, this conference will host over 40 internationally and renowned experts as speakers and panelists.

Apart from the conference sessions, the two-day event will also provide an opportunity for the lighting technology manufacturers to participate in the Delegate Choice Awards and win prizes under the categories – Most Innovative Product Award and Best Design Award. Across two days, over 350 delegates attending will vote for the products that they believe possesses the most innovative quality and has the best product design. The lighting manufacturers with the maximum number of votes will be selected and awarded.
