First Mid East Dealer To Offer Five year Service and Repair Contracts on BMW Cars

Abu Dhabi Motors, the exclusive importer for BMW, BMW ALPINA, MINI and Rolls-Royce in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, is leading a revolution among car dealers in the Middle East. Abu Dhabi Motors is now offering BMW Service Inclusive & Repair agreements as standard on all BMW models.

"We are changing the way car dealers operate in the Middle East. Just four years ago no car manufacturer was offering their Middle East customers service contracts. Abu Dhabi Motors was the first importer in the region to offer service contracts. Now all Importers have followed our example and offer service contracts" said Arno Husselmann, General Manager, Abu Dhabi Motors.

The "Service and Repair" contract offered by Abu Dhabi Motors is supplied through BMW A.G , the manufacturer, and not the local Importer. The contract is International and can therefore be used anywhere in the world where there is an officially appointed dealer.

"By offering BMW Service Inclusive & Repair as standard on all BMW models we are once again pioneering new levels of "Customer Satisfaction Initiatives" and added value benefits which embody the "premium" product concept and brand values of the BMW Group.  Abu Dhabi Motors is not merely the only car dealer offering BMW Service Inclusive & Repair in the UAE; we are the only car dealership in the Middle East offering this type of contract.

In addition to covering service and maintenance work, plus original BMW parts, oil and labour costs that the standard BSI agreements offers, BMW Service Inclusive & Repair covers the customer for repairs or replacement of  worn parts, provided they are not caused by driver negligence or abuse. The customer pays for nothing beyond fuel, tyres, glass and insurance for five years or 100,000kms.

"With this new service Abu Dhabi Motors are offering customers the most hassle-free ownership experience available in the Middle East," said Husselmann

"As a company, our aim is to enhance the sheer driving pleasure offered by BMW, by promising our customers the ultimate ownership experience. All our efforts and investments are directed towards delivering that promise to our customers."

Abu Dhabi Motors was recently awarded the highest BMW Quality Management Assurance (QMA) score ever achieved in the Middle East, with a score of 96.1%. It was also ranked first in BMW Group's regional customer satisfaction survey in 2005 and posted 18% growth in car sales, compared with 2004.

In 2005 Abu Dhabi Motors also took top spot among the region's BMW Motorcycle volume dealers and ranked number one in the world for sales of Rolls-Royce cars among dealers of a similar size and fifth overall worldwide. It also secured the runners-up spot in the annual BMW International Service Technicians competition held in Germany.

Among Abu Dhabi Motors 264 staff are the two top volume BMW Sales Executives in the Middle East, Madaa Issa and Moutaz Louis, the top two BMW service advisors, Omran Saleh and Ziad Marchi and the region's top parts manager, Chavdar Chavdarov.
