New 'invisible braces' technology likely to gain ground on old orthodontic systems

Dubai, March 9th 2009: 3M welcomed orthodontists from around the world to Dubai for the 3M Unitek symposium, which began this morning at Grand Hyatt.

3M dental leaders and international experts addressed the delegates on the 'Future of intelligent Orthodontics" delving into the latest in orthodontic technologies and techniques. World renowned dentist Dr. Dirk Wiechmann, the developer behind Incognito™ - commonly known as 'invisible' braces -will be holding a two-day certification training programme for orthodontists looking to be trained in this new technology, as part of the event.
